So firstly, demonstrate this claim. What is the percentage of public employees earning over 100k (not cops)? Secondly, 100k/yr is not enough to buy a house in any of the top 10 cities by population in vancouver, so I'd say that it doesnt break middle clwss

I have. There are definitely some making over $100K but very few making $300K and I would hope most of them don't have the history and record that the man in question does.

Sorry, that was to the comment below, not yours. Anyway...as you said I don't have an issue with $100K salary. That's what you need to live now. I just want us to pay people more who can't work and not hire unqualified men with checkered pasts.

Yup. Totally agree. One way to make the government grind to a halt is penny pinch at the rank and file level and totally ignore rot at the top.
