I get it you are a lawyer you can make analogies or distinctions to suit your argument all day long; but its historically true that the last major fascist takeover over a democratic country was in Germany & what is being implemented is fascism, even if called by different name

And on the substance of what I said - that MAGAs attack on former adherents may result in internecine warfare is not even a call back to germany, but rather a feature of huge number of political takeovers .
