While I understand the strategy, it would be nice if she had a response to the underlying allegations

I don’t think there’s any merit to doing that. It legitimizes the “fight” over the “allegations” and puts her in a defensive position when no legal prosecution has actually happened. Especially in this suit, they want to stick to reality and not get pulled into litigating the cooked-up allegations
If she's given due process *then* maybe she should bother responding to the bullshit allegations. Focus.
I'd ordinarily agree and still do understand, but the documents presented make out a prima facia case of misstatements. It would be nice for the public to know that this will not end in some situation where she is arguing selective prosecution rather than innocence
Literally every other thing on earth is more important than this thing you have chosen to focus on.
What's it like to have no idea how the world works? Are you happy?
Hush.
Even offering an explanation feeds the false narrative that the issue should be decided on social media
Maybe or maybe stamping out a festering slander would be better. Idk I just said it would b nice.
I hear ya. But in my experience having objective debates about stuff like this changes no minds and merely induces Streisand effect. To my thinking, the issue isn't whether or not she did a double primary residence (and whether it legit comprises cause for termination); the issue is due process.
