Why is this in a budget bill at all? I thought the GOP believed in stand alone bills.

They passed a bill awhile ok that this kind of bill only requires a majority to pass, without possibilities of filibusters. So they throw in everything. Were u being sarcastic?

Because when they're trying to shove the budget through via reconciliation, it has to be together in one big ugly bill
