Borderlands' ONE MILLION GUNS and No Man's Sky's 18 Quintillion Worlds are the only other exception, because they're so absurdly large it's saying something different than a game that says "40 bosses!"

funny cause when you play Borderlands, you truly don't care for the guns, cause almost all are trash, and you carry one gun for a few hours, then another for a few more, than a third... Through the game, you literally encounter like 15-20 that you truly like to keep. So deceptive IMO.
Hahahahaha true true
I wasn't trying to call them out or anything, but you're not wrong... This makes me wonder about a potential modern Zelda pattern of play, like in a world of guns that cannot casually be reloaded, you take and use them up like tissue paper, and then maybe all the RNG variations get a (brief) chance
