American citizens should have the possibility to take a vote of no confidence to oust a Congress person or a senator that doesn't represent them anymore They'd probably be more attentive to their constituents.

And if expelled for not representing their constituents, they lose all benefits And, their replacement can not be appointed - has to be voted in during a special election.
