Who told you he lied to the Iranians? Putin needed drone technology and missiles and Iran provided them. There is no evidence that noting was given in return.

But also there's not much evidence something was. Putin really doesn't want to upset Bibi so it makes sense he would do the minimum possible. If he managed to get away with mostly empty promisses I'm sure that's what he did.

I think Mossad would know by now and Bibi wouldn't be so friendly with Putin. We can only speculate of course but what is clear is that at least for now whatever they got is useless because they're not using it.
