TX is surrounded by poverty stricken states filled with well-armed angry young men. TX officials should ask themselves what would happen if the federal funds that keep those states from falling into anarchy went away.

The anarchy is the point. The Floridaho Empire will be attacked by the alliance of the California, Illinois and New York Republics. The Alliance prevails and Floridaho becomes a territory of the Allied Republics and its residents have virtually no rights.
