I'll bet it was him. Just like he doesn't blend his face he doesn't blend his hand - or even just put makeup on the whole hand so there aren't lines. There is something very wrong with him.

I’m 100% sure you’re right. His vision is probably also bad. I’ll bet Pete Kegsbreath has been trying to get him into his Pentagon makeup studio for weeks.
