Oh I know you do collection development but I've always thought of it as ADDING & not subtracting So I was like are ppl sending Please baby baby please msgs to try to get you to add things?!

And we do subtract things because there’s not enough room on the shelves to constantly add. I’ve sometimes explained this to business-types as inventory control. But this is based on stats and condition.
