Red Brick and no Windows... There is one a mile or so up the road from where I currently live.
Many of those old COs were built during the Cold War to (supposedly) withstand a nuclear attack.
This building can supposedly withstand nuclear fallout.

I want to say is was in mid 90's, he's passed so I can't call him to confirm, but my brother had a team of 8 guys that pulled fiber optics through the entire Pentagon. It took them right around 4 years to do the whole building.
