She was presumed innocent until she plead guilty. But now she wants us to believe she innocent again.

To be devil's advocate, it's about the punishment not the verdict. Judges come down very hard on incitement if there's an active riot going on (the punishment is worse). I haven't watched the interview - just offering this as context.
