Watching the behind the scenes on the last Game Changer episode of the season, "Samalamadingdong," and: 1) I think /technically/ embezzlement happened but I'm sure it's fine; 2) The craft & skill here is amazing! 3) Criminal conspiracies WISH they could conspire as well this production crew.
Since basically everyone else at the company was involved there should be other people who can sign off on expenditures, so I would guess that it's probably not embezzlement. However, if they'd been audited in the middle of the process it sure would *look* like embezzlement to the auditor.
