A trick I utilize: whenever I see jackasses like the rage bait person on other people's posts, I preemptively block them. I've acquired quite the list already.

That is a good idea, but there is a (quite selfish) reason I don’t immediately block any edgelord I see in the comments Endless entertainment for me and my friends to laugh at! Like wringing out a dirty sponge before throwing it away :D
