It was a very sophisticated trap: if Biden had not tampered, Trump could release it and destroy Democrats. By tampering, Biden made in into something that Trump must keep locked up, depriving MAGA of victory. Biden magically turned it into something with blowback so neither side can trigger it. 🤷
