I’ve always considered you an eminently reasonable person, I’m sure your response will be measured and appropriate. And if that doesn’t work I have a lot of stuff going on in my life that I’d be thrilled to work out to help a friend.

🥰 Thankfully, though she cost me a bit of money to do something I'd always intended but never bothered to get to, in return, the HOA now has to replace my back fence. As she's new to the board, I'm sure the less medlesome long-term members will not be thrilled. 😈
