And no, SPF does NOT refer only to UVA. But of course, if you bother to take 30 seconds to look at the label, you can READ of a particular sunscreen blocks both or only one. This is not rocket science. It’s basic and very long-standing knowledge.
i didn't say that. but i get why u would strawman my point, cuz ur floundering...
then your point in telling about UVB rays and claiming that SPF only includes UVB rays? I’m still waiting for your scientific evidence that vitiligo makes you more likely to get skin cancer. Where are the studies and dermatologist statements supporting this claim? If YOUR doctor is giving you
u really lost the plot here
So, you’re just going to refuse to provide the evidence for your claim? Then I know you’re not just wrong, you’re intentionally lying. And this is the only reason I interact with people like you. To ensure other people know the actual facts and have documentation of the fact that you’re lying.
i'm not providing evidence cause i made no bold claim. u are misreading what i'm saying and arguing with a shadow. ur also misrepresenting and misunderstanding how scientific literature works.
Prove that vitiligo makes someone more likely to develop skin cancer. Where is the scientific evidence. Unless, you’re admitting you lied and withdrawing that claim.
i'll leave that to scientists. u have strange expectations from commentators online.
Expecting them to back up the claims they make? Sweetie, that’s a basic expectation for even first graders.
Wrong information, perhaps YOU need a new doctor.
There’s even an actual term for those sunscreens—- and it’s right on the label—— broad spectrum. Seriously, did your parents not teach you this? Mine did. From the time I was very young.
Yes, and? That’s why everyone should use a sunscreen that blocks BOTH. You just showed why EVERYONE should use sunscreen. Your claim that people with vitiligo are more likely to develop skin cancer than those without is false.
u may need a new doctor
When the scientific evidence agrees with her? Why on earth would I need a new doctor?
