last night, as i lay intently listening to the wind, i could distinctly make out a pulsing frequency that was being emitted. As I gave it my more acute attention, I was positive of it. So, I wonder who would be emitting frequency at such a level? Who would have the hardware in place to do it SL?

Think about it satellites and disks everywhere. Could this be something being used to sway humanity? Would it affect the ability of airplanes? What would it be doing to humans on the ground? What would the purpose be?
