If they perceive the urban poor to be most at risk for contracting and dying from communicable diseases, how motivated would they really be to push for a strong, tax-supported CDC? It's easier just to say nothing and let it happen. But when I try to spell that out, it sounds a little crazy. ->
People don't seem to believe that we're looking at a kind of laissez-faire eugenics; a dismantling of public health programs that has an explicitly white supremacist agenda. "Never attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity." So I feel like I'm taking crazy pills. Am I alone in this?
