We have law enforcement systems in place in every state. When they arrest someone for a crime, their legal status is checked. We can put an ICE HOLD on them, deport them right away, OR we can wait until they are convicted and THEN deport to the country of origin's prison.

If, as ICE claims, they have done their due diligence and KNOW who they're setting out to arrest, then, when they arrest somebody, ICE should be able to say exactly what the person's NAME is that they're arresting. And they should have warrants. Wrong name? Let the arrestee go WITH an apology.
