Sounds great from mayors but will local POLICE really arrest ICE agents? In LA they just stood by while residents implored them to intervene. I just don't see it happening.

Beware of statements about the law made by someone who admits not being an attorney. Since 1890, the law has been clear that a federal LEO acting within the course and scope of his/her federal duties cannot be prosecuted for violating state law.

Someone needs to tell ICE that the south side of Chicago is where all the immigrants are hiding. And film it.
This is the way. They need to do this everywhere. Traffic stop all these ICE vehicles and check their registration, etc. like they do anyone else. They like to just kidnap people and run and that needs to stop. A lot of these transport vehicles don’t even have tags on them.
If residents see an ice operation and they’re wearing masks they should immediately call 911 because that’s breaking the law.
Stop them for suspicion of kidnapping. No judicial warrant for your prisoner? S/he goes free and you go to jail.
And we know that the ones that DO have tags are fake/swapped. That could stop a lot of this.
