Like you had an opportunity to stop Hitler but you didn't because you thought it would make you look too "political". Biden's worst decision of his entire Presidency and it was a make good for Obama. I really wonder how he would have ruled as a SCOTUS Justice.

Garland “jailing” Trump would not have stopped him running, making him a “martyr”. Garland did what the laws of the land, and SCOTUS allowed. McConnell had the actual real opportunity to stop (future) Trump. He needs the greater criticism as he was too weak to get the Senate conviction.
