What is "Me testing if this is actually a person judging these or an AI program picking the first 3-4 answers"?

According to the description, the points are based on likes (at the time of judging, seems to be ~:58 in the hour). Ties seem to be ranked somewhat randomly, so if no questions are liked, it's random which one gets first place. I don't think there's any human intervention, fully automated.
