Scott is just a sockpuppet for Niall Andrew. The account has one original post from 7 months ago. "Niall" probably isn't real either. Which is why I've been saying just ignore and block, along with all his followers/sockpuppets.

I’ve wondered whether or not Niall is real. Claims to work for EU institution. Published writer at East Anglia Bylines (oddly enough) but no other trace of him online. Maybe goes by a different name. You’re right Lupasko could be him too. Writes the same way. Takes the same stance.
