Just take your knuckles and jam them into them mandibles and muscles of mastication. It’s way more sustainable than using one’s fingertips, and you can exert way more pressure. On a completely unrelated note, my TMJ pain and tinnitus have been WILDIN’ these last 10 months 😂 What a time to be alive!
