Why those conservative justices allowed Trump to deport undocumented aliens to "third countries" should be questioned. It clearly violates the 8th Amendment on cruel & unusual punishment for people escaping hardships.

You’re right of course but I’m hoping that enough of the country finally realizes what the Trump administration is up to and the 2026 elections will shift our legislative branch to actually do something about it. I have to keep hope.
