These are not legal terms. These are *political* terms. @schiff.senate.gov is a politician in a political environment. He should use political terms to describe Bove, an opponent politician.

It's a legal term when spoken by a lawyer or judge in a legal matter. It is a deliberately emotional and inflammatory political term when spoken by a politician about another politician. Schiff, other Dems should use that to accurately describe Bove. It also sets up future impeachment of Judge Bove
