If that wouldbe #Renoir portrait on #FakeOrFortune was faked, surely the 'Ecole des Beaux-Arts' label would have (a) been from the 1860s/70s and, (b) been less evidently hidden? I know the prov trail isn't great but surely there's a rationale for that?

I can't quite get over the placement of the earring, which looks wrong and emphasises the exaggerated chin and cheek.
