i feel like if people get religious exemptions for vaccines and insist on drinking raw milk and sun their buttholes i should maybe get a pass for not accepting the contingency of giving my pee to some sketchy third party for a job as an afab in the current political climate

like there is no dignity or privacy in preemptive drug testing, it reflects badly on the business because it insinuates theyve had problems with hiring the wrong people through bad prof. vetting, and it sets a precedent of humiliation for the working relationship right off the bat
just like credit scores and the internet, this shit wasnt a thing before millenials. my mom has never had to drug test even when she was a teenager working at subway. its shitty and im tired of it being an automatic expectation. if you have cause, sure, ask for the test. dont accuse people wo cause.
