Oh ffs now Russert is a villain?? Is there anyone who passes the progressive purity test? Ok so you say he was a Bush backer. I didn’t know that. But clearly it didn’t seep into his work on Meet the Press because everyone respected Russert as a journalist. So can we not reduce him to just that?
