You're hitting the nail on the head - if a president can use force against a state without its consent, it's a pretty clear case of tyranny by another name. That's not a militia, that's a power grab.

I hope & trust that we resisters will refrain from initiating any violence. We are very well armed but the collateral damage of civil conflict would be very, very bad. I lean toward harsh economic attack, e.g. boycotts, lawsuits, peaceful disruption. It’s not much but mayhem would not work.
