A uniquely American problem. Regrettably, 54% of AMERICANS ages 16-74 read BELOW a 6th grade level. 11-year-olds in adult bodies are generally ignorant of our history.

Can you explain the relevancy of those maps? The Mexico one is particularly odd. After the mexican american war, mexico ceded this region and sold it to the us. So I'm not sure what you are implying here. America has low reading scores but similar to germany, the uk, australia, austria and others.
