Why do I need "professional help" for caring and having empathy? It is one reason I really like Amy - one of the very few Australian journalists who seems to possess it.

I’m sorry I’ve upset you. I know what’s going on and it depresses and frightens me too. My concern is that by your own admission you are not doing well in yourself. You are of course the best judge of what you need.
