Just so I understand your legal advice is I can walk up to police officers and throw sandwiches at them??? I feel like if that is not a law it should be how can police do their job if they have people throwing sandwiches at them all day? Is it all foods or just sandwiches that are exempt?

can I throw gobstoppers at them? Or watermelons from the roof? In australia once a group of aboriginal women attacked a police officer with frozen kangaroo tails, but they weren't charged because they did not find the weapon they allegedly attacked with (it was delicious).
