Pretty sure one of my neighbors signed up with ICE. HOW DO WE FIND OUT FOR SURE? He's not been seen for 4 weeks, his car is hidden away in the garage, the blinds, shutters on the house are closed tightly, his wife still goes to work and parks her car behind iron gate in the driveway.
