I just watched a clip from a decade or two ago of him explaining the conservative game plan to high school students. What he said was more relevant than anything I've heard from Dems in recent years. He's BEEN putting the work in. There's a reason he resonates with people, especially young people.
Work should have results though, right?
You ask about plans, what plans do the other Dems have? Hakeem doing ABC speeches like a clown? Pelosi wearing African garb? Schumer looking clueless? Fetterman looking like Krang from TMNT? Bernie and AOC aren't perfect, but they're out there. They're doing something. Better than nothing.
