Yup. LBJ didn't like how progressive JFK was but he also saw that the nation was changing and he grudgingly changed with it. And yes, Democrats need more fire and less politics as usual. This ain't kabuki theatre outside of DC people are hurting and they need a sense of urgency we feel...
