If you shoot a child in the back, you're a cold-blooded murderer and deserve life in prison and eternal damnation. 11 years old. And the murderer STILL hasn't been arrested.

I agree. Chasing someone down and then shooting that person in the back, killing him/her, is cold blooded murder, despite the acquitted, 'self-defense' verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. This murderer needs to be imprisoned.

That was my first thought when I read it, but I can't find info on either the shooter or the child to confirm. At the rate society is doing toward hatred of children, though, I wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't the case, though
