If the Rent Stabilization Board wants to strike a blow for fair markets, perhaps they will consider publishing their periodic report that is required by statute but hasn't been written since 2021.

Yes, that is the one. It is useful information to the public on both sides of the transaction, or would be if it were updated. It would also be worthwhile to chase down the large lessors that have apparently stopped complying with registration requirements, to freshen the data in the registry.
