Well l quite like the idea of #Canada "invading" the States and walking off with a whole load of volunteers. Incentives healthcare, no guns, folks in the rest of the world like you and no more crazy tariffs. Seems like a sensible solution to the partisan nonsense that US politics has become. 🤔

Since most Brits ignore it l am sure we could persuade them with a decent set of bank holidays. American Christmas is one day!!

I’m always astonished by how few holidays people in the USA get. Also see maternity leave, sick pay, free healthcare etc.

Yep. If Americans travelled more they would realise their standard of living is actually terrible. Europeans have much higher standards of living despite earning less and having less stuff. We have time, leisure, more personal security and family time. Beats me why anyone wants to emulate the US.
