Any event with historic/vintage race cars is cool in my books, very fortunate my local track has a regional series for this

I wish I lived near a track. I think the closest legit track to me is Mid-Ohio and that's like 7 hours away.

That sucks, I feel very fortunate to live around 45 mins from Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, which is basically the most historic track in the country. Excited to be at the IMSA race this Sunday

I'm incredibly jealous! You'll have to take some pics to share! It's my dream to work in motorsports or something motorsports-adjacent. I feel like living near a track would help immensely with that. I'd like to write about motorsports, but no idea how I'd make it into a job.

Doing your own freelance photography or volunteering at a local track as a corner marshall are some great ways to get a foot in the door of a job in motorsports.
