Was there ever any remote possibility he would? Max could drag Ocon out of his seat and strangle him in the middle of the pitlane and Ocon would get the 10s penalty. They handle Max with kid gloves.

It's infuriating. It's been a huge factor in my non-fandom of Max. He's the greatest talent on the grid imo, but he's also a dirty driver that never gets held accountable to the same degree as his peers. It stinks of FOM knowing that he's one of the main draws to the sport and scared of alienating.
