I think the situation in HC is dire enough for people to hit the pavement for sure BUT thatās not going to give systems what they need for real change. It could catalyze change.

My provincial officials often tell me they āunderstandā how bad healthcare is and want results ālike I doā but those results are not evidence based, and donāt help, they hurt.
