Dentist hit me with it yesterday and I was able to manage "Hang out with my dog" which is at least normal-adjacent. I almost said "This and that" which just sounds like I have something to hide

I like, "this and that," largely because it sounds like one is hiding something. I think I'll use that, along with a snidely smile.
