I'd bet on Serbia waging a war against countries leaving Yugoslavia. Except for the fact Ukraine has left USSR ~35 years ago and USSR not existing anymore, except in Russians and the USSR cult heads.

yeah... definitely it must be Serbia, going all in against their neighbors, to restore their precious little, tiny empire- can't see anyone else on the Balkans doing stupid thing like this. maybe Turkey too, but can't imagine them fighting wars on the Balkans, but they might in Asia.

Their sultan is old and frail, and he will die sooner or later, and I don't see how they would prevent pro-western forces taking control w/o a civil war. P.S. I wish all those vile old man that only managed to make the world worse could die sooner.
