How long do you reckon it will be before they realise that trend chasing just means you're playing into an oversaturated market? Meanwhile, the big successes over recent years have been games where someone took a niche, surviving idea and changed it slightly to give it mass market appeal. HD2, BG3

That's a meaningless statistic - if you're only making exploding joke coconuts, exploding joke coconuts will account for 100% of your revenue every quarter. Besides, I am not talking about live service. HD2, which I referenced, is live service. I am talking about trend chasing.
