Back in the ‘80s the defense department wanted to create “Midgetman” missiles on the back of trucks so the could move around and the Russians wouldn’t be able to find them. I suppose we can look forward to trucks of immigrants circling the country, one step ahead of the courts and the ACLU.
Absolutely. But then it’s intriguing that even in cases like this where they seem to have technically figured it out in time(?) DoJ is still kicking up sand. I maintain the critical difference between this and Mahdawi is that ACLU worked faster than ICE and he never left VT.
