So EVERYONE on Medicaid is fraudulent or abusing the system. Unless they're changing math too where half plus half don't equal whole.

I think he's talking about half of the people who are losing their Medicare, are lazy, and the other half who are losing their Medicare, are frauds. Either way, he's full 9f sh!t
