I think the positive of FDW (Felon Death Watch) is we know he probably needs a quadruple squared bypass but is so authoritarian that he won’t do it bc it will mean JD is in charge and he isn’t for a time and he won’t do that SO…time may come sooner than later…thoughts that get me thru the day.
At this point I think a heart transplant is the only thing that will keep him alive.
Major surgery is almost never performed on octogenarians, especially not transplant surgery. When someone is that old, and in failing health, the surgery itself is not survivable.

4 years ago I had my 4th heart attack and a triple bypass. With his legs as bad as they are they can't get the veins to do the needed bypasses on him. I was 41... Bad genes
Cheers- that is young and a lot! Had a relative w congestive heart failure and she did not make it thru the darn near emergency quad bypass- a lot of very similar symptoms.
