Funny/accurate. We’re going to live through it unless his lifestyle catches up with him first. But I don’t think it’s early. I watched and rewatched younger film of him, during the Fiasco of 2016-2020. Compared body language, vocabulary, facial/mouth movement, etc. I’m convinced “early” was then.

You could be right. I have no expertise in dementia. I've been watching "Shrinking Trump" since it started, so the only thing I feel confident about saying is, "He's probably got it, and he's going to get worse." My instincts tell me he lives in racking pain, psychologically speaking.

I’ve got no expertise either, but have watched it happen. And I also tend to watch people like a hawk and notice details. Ultimately, no matter my sense of certainty, it’s definitely just my opinion. I think we’re all probably aware that the next few years in his life likely won’t be pretty to see.

They use different types of grading systems for each type of cancer since each cancer has different characteristics & behaviour. Im sorry to hear about your cancer diagnosis. Good news it has a low PCI - Does that mean they can treat it & it wont shorten your life? Praying for you 🙏🌻
